Mike was my coach for several years. I learned an unbelievable amount about myself, my dreams and my goals, using his unique and practical approach. Mike pulled out info from me, about me, and clarified my past and present and future more than 100 personal development books could have.
To have someone that is there just for you and committed to that, was a gift that I had never experienced before. Our calls were professional, it was "let's focus on you, what are we tackling today."
Mike is wise, knowledgeable, and confidential. I am a different father, husband, son, brother, friend, believer, and leader because of my coaching with Mike. I’m forever grateful.

It will begin with a free 20 minute phone discussion. We will talk about your needs, a quick orientation and schedule our coaching phone calls.
I want to take care of any questions you may have, take care of scheduling, renumeration and agreeing on our coaching contract so that on our first session we hit the ground running.
We will have 4-6 phone or zoom conversations; each conversation is up to one hour in length but no longer. Our first two sessions I suggest we schedule once every two weeks and then once a month after that. We will work with your schedule and design an approach with your success in mind.
We want to hit the ground running and can tackle the most pressing issues together first. You decide what we will work on. This is for you, your journey.

As your coach, I want to help you grow, develop and achieve your goals. Our relationship starts with your agenda. I’m excited about partnering with you in this journey.

As a coach, I’ll provide support, accountability, and perspective as we clarify YOUR goals. We’ll work together to create a plan which you are responsible to carry out.

Several attitudes are crucial to a successful coaching relationship.
You need to want to grow enough to be willing to make some changes and do the hard work.
Honesty and transparency are vital. I will do my best to model them as well.
If you have a question or something isn’t working for you, let’s talk about it and make the necessary changes.

I have worked in the people development space for over 20 years. My heartbeat is to “empower others to grow.”
When you achieve success and growth I am the most grateful and receive satisfaction. As I coach I want you to thrive in the areas that matter the most to you.
I started coach training in 2003 and in January of 2021 I earned the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation.
The PCC means that I have:
Completion of at least 125 hours of coach-specific training that meets ICF guidelines for credentialing.
Completed more than 500 hours of client-coaching.
Passed both knowledge and performance assessments at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level.
It’s about you and achieving your goals.

Coaching is an investment in you and your success. We can work together on a coaching package to meet your specific needs or we can go session by session. We will agree before we begin but in general each session is $120/hour. I will work with your organization’s budget or your personal budget. There is flexibility, please let me know - I want to make it work for you.
Either of us can conclude the coaching relationship at any time. If we do, we’ll give each other one week notice.
